1. Plants & Perishables: These are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or dead. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with images.

2. Tools, Accessories, Fertilizers: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of return approval.

4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
